My Search is Anzac with early recruitment numbers. Steve can you send your scanned records of these and maybe not the entire book.

Hi Neil, Sorry for the late reply, I only visit this site occasionally. I'll dig out the scans on the week-end and email the relevent chapters to you. I have them on CD stored away somewhere.

Hi All,
I have some very sad news. I was recently trying to re-make contact with Richard Carey who has posted on this forum. Unfortunately I was made aware that Richard has passed away. He was a very kind and generous man. We only met several times in person, but we had some great discussions about our respective relatives in the 15th Batt.
He had a wonderful picture of F Coy/15th Batt. that his grandfather and my Great Uncle served in. At the time I did not have facilities to scan it. I am wondering if someone one here such as Paul Gillies who also met Richard, did get a scan. Please PM if so.

Steve my great uncle is also Albert Stanley Scott!! My grand dad Merv Scott is having his 90th birthday this year!
I have some family tree stuff i could send you and I would love to get my hands on any info you have on Albert or the batallion (including the CD).
would be great to hear from you - i'll also send you a PM
