O.A. S.V.R 71 carbine mark

I've come across an Enfield carbine here in Minnesota/USA, I've been told the O.A. on the unit disk is for Orange Australia. I've been trying to find what unit the [sign in to see URL] mark also on the disk is from. The date on the disk is 5. 1912, below the [sign in to see URL] is 71. Scratched into the finish of the buttstock are the initials "DLB". I'd appreciate any thoughts! Thx, Bob
